Stray Cat House Man(野良猫屋敷のお爺さんNoraneko Yashiki no Ojiisan)
An elderly man that Kei meet in the Dream World. His ability makes his hand to write present events as they occur in the world. This ability is not influenced by the reset ability and will record all the resets that occurred.
At some point he decided to live in the dream world that Michiru created as he was getting old and didn't want to experience all that that brings.
